The Crew Services Department provides convenient and efficient travel solutions to our customers and their crew members. IATA registered 24/7 available travel agents are specialized in finding the optimum solutions for crew accommodations and the in-time proceedings to and from their duties, arranging the air tickets and ground transfers.

All what it needs to support the operations, well coordinated and always corresponding to actual schedules and requirements, as changes apply frequently and have to be considered. We know the criteria which must be taken into account, such as distances to the airports, day room availabilities and the hotel surroundings when selecting the right options.

A unique service is available to the crews of our customers when using the handling services of Jet Services: We provide a Crew Concierge as crews are not always familiar with the local surroundings. They need a taxi ride? Need to buy some goods? Health care required?
